My first attempt at cooking siomai. I call it the "kiss me, sioami"
Chili-garlic dip for siomai (mix with soy sauce and lemon)

Spicy chicken and pork liver adobo with spring onions

Sausages sauteed with garlic and shallots and seasoned with soy sauce, chilli ketchup and oyster sauce :D
Pork wanton in Napa cabbage soup garnished with fresh coriander, spring onions and deep-fried minced garlic
Squid rings stir-fried with squashed salted-egg yolks and sliced sweet onions then tossed with fresh coriander leaves and chili powder
